Marketing Manager

The candidate shall be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, support the sales team in achieving its targets and formulating/communicating unique value proposition in the Romanian market.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can work independently to align local marketing initiatives with the broader objectives of Reynaers Aluminium.

In other words, develops and implements strategic marketing plans that align with our corporate goals and cater to the Romanian market's specific needs. Serve as the primary liaison between Reynaers Aluminium's global marketing team and the Romanian market, ensuring local strategies complement global marketing initiative.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Bulgarian market across various channels (digital, print, events) that support the growth and brand positioning (awareness) of Reynaers Aluminium in Romania.

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications within the Romanian market

    Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, as well as to identify and engage with key stakeholders in the architectural and construction sectors. This includes the capacity to gather and interpret market research and feedback to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to develop strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and market needs
  • Effective Communication and Relationship Building:
    Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions, convey brand messages, and build strong relationships with customers, media, industry partners, and other stakeholders. This involves both persuasive external communication and effective internal communication to ensure alignment with global marketing initiatives
  • Creativity and Innovation:
    Creativity in developing engaging marketing campaigns and the ability to innovate within the industry's standards
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bulgarian and English. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency:
    In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, …., ….., ….., and email marketing
  • Project Management:
    Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to adapt to changing market trends and business needs, maintaining a proactive approach to marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior / management position
  • Experience in the architectural, construction, or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (x, y, z) and CRM e.g. Salesforce
